can I send a 30 minute audio file to Afghanistan using this program?

I need a program [ preferably free ] to email audio [40 minute cd ] of Sunday sermon to a soldier in Afghanistan . Will this program allow me to do that.

Audiograbber just creates audio files. It is not an email client.
