How do I change the Temp file location to something other than the finished MP3 location?

Question

I have two hard drives. One is my boot drive the second I use as for temp files so my computer doesn't slow down when multi tasking. My MP3's are located on a network file server for the whole family to share.
     I would like the change the location of the Audiograbber temp file to local Drive S:\AudiograbberTemp and keep the location of the MP3s on the network drive Z:\music.

in "Settings" you have "General Settings" and then "Directory to store files in" with a "BROWSE"
