My artist name and trackname disappear when entering them in my PCDJ RED 5.1 program. I believe that this is a tagging issue. PCDJ uses ID3V2 tags. Thank you!

My artist name and trackname disappear when entering them in my PCDJ RED 5.1 program.  I believe that this is a tagging issue.  PCDJ uses ID3V2 tags.  I am using Windows XP.  Thank you!
